Refund Policy
EasyHealthMD has a partial refund policy for clients who cancel their membership within the first 30 days. For any reason the client decides to discontinue his membership with us, he needs to give us a notification within 30 days and the refund will be processed. A fee of $35 will be charged from the plan holder’s medical plan account if the consultation service was utilized. Membership after the initial 30-day period of Sign up is not covered under this policy.
